International Olympus Leather [Edit]
Title
International Olympus Leather (IOL) was founded in 1996 by Dave Rhodes and is known for having had hetero, gay, queer, trans and married title holders. In 2016, the contest was sold to veteran Director & Producer Vonn Tramel.
The Leather community is comprised of an extremely diverse group of people ranging from the motorcycle and leather/Levi clubs to the heaviest SM edge players. The International Mr. and Ms. Olympus Leather titles seek to promulgate traditional leather values to all, regardless of race, religion, political beliefs, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, size, handicap, or health condition.
The annual contest has been moved to many different cities and continues to grow each year. The 2017 contest will be held May 5-7, in San Diego, CA.
